We have some tents, as well as tarps and ropes. The big tent is on site, but needs to be set up.
Accepting donations of towels, floor mats, rags, shower curtains, and garbage bags (for ponchos)
Lisa volunteered to transport OGers and stuff.
Coral and Dan volunteered to transport out-of-towners and other stuff.
Transporters will be connected to the SERCO Google phone number.
A rideshare thread is going to be started on the Facebook OG page, so people can coordinate rides amongst themselves
Dan made a Friday schedule, and will post it to the SERCO page. A google doc will also be made. Printouts will be on-site on Friday.
All done and set up. We need toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
Ricky put together a comprehensive first aid kit.
We still need hydrogen peroxide, and Neosporin dispensers.
Showers are mostly done, needs a bit of plumbing work still.
Someone from Move to Amend asked to set up a table at the event. We’re going to invite them to do a workshop on political activism.
We decided to allow Woody to give out flags at SERCO in exchange for a donation. Half of each donation for Occupy flags will be go to SERCO.
